75ph Terms & Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 75ph platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 75ph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 75ph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and 75ph relating to the subject matter hereof.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 75ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino participation.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 75ph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

75ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identification card. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 75ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. 75ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Notify 75ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

75ph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 75ph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 75ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. You may fund your 75ph account using the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 75ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the operating hours and policies of the relevant financial institution.

4.3 Verification. 75ph may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Required documents may include a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays.

4.4 Prohibited Funding Sources. You may not fund your account using payment methods belonging to third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 75ph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 75ph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

75ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• 75ph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously without authorization constitutes bonus abuse.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method deemed abusive by 75ph will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 75ph Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to account and platform matters, while game-specific rules shall govern the mechanics of individual games.

75ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure all game outcomes are random, fair, and unpredictable. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 75ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 75ph cannot guarantee the continuation of any interrupted game session and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 75ph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and full disclosure to 75ph.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to 75ph immediately; failure to do so and exploitation of the same constitutes fraud.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 75ph staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

8 Responsible Gaming

75ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for any gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who require a longer break may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 75ph Platform — including but not limited to the 75ph name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the property of 75ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 75ph.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 75ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

75ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 75ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 75ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 75ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

75ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

75ph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 75ph cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

75ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, 75ph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Balances associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 75ph support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

13 Amendments to These Terms

75ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 75ph will notify registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and 75ph shall first be submitted to 75ph's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
